At MOSLEY MODE LTD, we take great care in ensuring your garden treasures reach you safely and promptly. Below you will find everything you need to know about our delivery process.

1. Delivery Rates & Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs:

• Standard UK Delivery (3–5 business days): £4.95

• Express UK Delivery (1–2 business days): £8.95

• Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £75.00.

2. Regional Surcharges

While we strive to keep shipping affordable, certain bulky or heavy items (such as large stone statues) delivered to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may incur a small additional surcharge. This will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your postcode.

3. Packaging with Care

Garden ornaments can be fragile. We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging and biodegradable cushioning to ensure your items withstand the journey. In the rare event of a breakage, please refer to our Returns Policy.

4. Click & Collect

If you are local to the Cotswolds, we offer a free "Click & Collect" service from our showroom.

• Availability: Your order will usually be ready for collection within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when it’s time to head over.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress via our partner couriers (DPD, Royal Mail, or Evri).

6. International Shipping

Currently, we primary ship within the United Kingdom. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at olivermosley@mosleymodeltd.com for a custom shipping quote.
